I appreciated the hotel provides transport to park office. Pick-up and drop-off services included trips to the airport. I enjoyed the excellent service. A free room upgrade and handmade honeymoon sign was really nice. I found the staff to be very kind and supportive.
I noticed that basic maintenance was lacking in our room. The shaving mirror light did not work at all. The shower rail was wiggling.

Tranquil Stay Amidst the Rainforest

The resort provided complimentary transport to both the park and the airport. This service proved convenient. The rooms featured beautiful designs. I had a pleasant massage at the spa. Breakfast offered acceptable choices for the hotel location.
I experienced frequent power outages . Wi-Fi was unavailable in the rooms. I understand we were in the jungle. The basic connectivity should be better. Dining was unacceptable for two days. The menu was largely unavailable due to the food supply not arriving. This logistical oversight should not happen here.
